Sage Business Care offers two plans with technical support:

Sage Business Care Silver;
Sage Business Care Gold.

The Sage Business Care Silver plan includes all of the features of the Bronze plan plus 5 support cases and 5 Realtime Learning Courses. With our Realtime Learning Courses you can attend five of our Tech Tuesday or Business Building courses to learn more about your software or to learn more about the functional areas within your business.
